I love taking these photos.  Mostly because its fun to see how things were done. These few are from my sessions done this past week. A big Thanks to Cat for helping.  Jeremiah, I will not allow you to take her from me! ;)  Just kidding.  I can't wait to visit Colorado!

Happy Birthday Amara!

Though her birthday was in February, I don't normally share photos of "parties" on my facebook or website.  I wasn't an official photographer for her birthday party, but my sister and I decorated and set it up.  So I'm a little proud of it. So Happy be-lated birthday to Amara!  :)

These two kill me.  This is my little sister Jackie and her boyfriend (Amara's uncle) Derek.  They were making faces at my frankie. Jackie is the other party planner. :)

The Morrisons.  They are such a beautiful family!!  I love them!

First I'd like to congratulate my good friends Felicia and Joe on the birth of their adorable baby boy Eli!  He was such a good baby, especially with is sister and my frankie (same ages) running around like mad babies.  I can't wait to see this little guy grow up!

So recently I've been really over hauling my look and different things.  I went through so many of my photos and found some really great ones I never shared!  What's a good photo if you don't share it?  Most of these are shots that aren't really for the session and are just goofy or just plain fun.

This year is shaping up to be an extraordinary one. I have two very good friends having babies within the next month and I couldn't be more excited!

  The first little one will be a boy, and is due any day now.  And if he is anything like his older sister, Daphne, he will be a cute little firecracker!  Good luck to Felicia and Joe on this new journey now that their family will be complete. I really am glad that they count me and my family as their friends.

  The second little one will be a little girl,  Charlotte Frances.  This birth will be extraordinary because they have invited me to come take photos of her birth.  This isn't something I have done before and I am super excited!  I've only experienced one birth, and that was my daughter Frankie.  Any advice for this mom to be?  She is going all natural, and is super nervous about it.  Any words of encouragement are welcome!

My first wedding of the year is a little over a month away too!  Wedding season starts on St. Patty's day!  And I am getting my new camera just in time!  So many exciting things, so many things to keep you up to date on!  Hope everyone's February is grand!

Getting better.

So if you happen to be observant, you'd notice that the last blog I posted was in October of 2010.

I am not the best of bloggers, though I try in vain to do it. Most of the time I feel like I get lost in translation. Hense the reason there haven't been any blogs since then.

Its a new year, a new day. So I will give this another try. Bare with me! I will hopefully be updating the blog with a newer look very soon. :)
